Jobs Kerala was founded to solve a simple problem: good candidates in Kerala are scattered across dozens of noisy job portals, while genuine local employers struggle to separate real applicants from spam. We decided to run recruitment the older, quieter way — as a managed agency.

What makes us different

• No public listings. Employer requirements are internal briefs handled by our consultants. Nothing is advertised publicly, so your job search stays discreet.
• Every profile is checked. A candidate only becomes visible to employers after our team verifies the details submitted.
• Every employer is approved. Companies are validated by our admin team before they can see a single profile.
• Contact details stay locked. Recruiters see skills, qualifications and experience — never a phone number, email address or CV — until an interview is formally scheduled through us.
• People come first. Our consultants focus on suitable, long-term career growth rather than application volume.

Where we work

We recruit across all fourteen districts of Kerala, covering roles in IT, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, accounts, retail, construction, education and skilled trades. Our focus is domestic placement within Kerala — we are not an overseas recruitment agency and we do not process visas or emigration clearance.
