1. What we collect

From candidates: name, contact details, date of birth, gender, district and city, education, work history, skills, languages, salary expectation, notice period and your CV. From employers: company details, contact person, address, industry, registration or GST number and account activity.

2. Why we collect it

To verify who you are, to connect candidates with employer requirements, to schedule interviews, to record placements and to maintain operational and audit records required to run a recruitment agency.

3. Contact protection

A candidate's name, phone number, email address and CV are hidden from employers by default. Employers see a masked reference code with qualification, experience, skills, district and salary expectation. Contact details are released to a specific employer only after that employer schedules an interview with that candidate through this portal. This restriction is enforced by our database, not only by our staff.

4. Who we share data with

• Verified employers, only under the rule described above.
• Our own consultants and administrators, for the purpose of recruitment.
• Authorities, where required by Indian law.

We do not sell candidate data and we do not share it with overseas agents.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls. CVs are held in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted by role.

6. Retention

Active candidate profiles are retained while you continue to seek work through us. You may ask us to deactivate or delete your profile at any time; essential placement records are retained as required for statutory purposes.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for us to represent you. Write to us using the details on our contact page.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
