1. Nature of the service

Jobs Kerala is a private recruitment agency operating within Kerala, India. This portal is an internal tool for our agency work. It is not a public job board, and we do not provide overseas recruitment, visa or emigration services.

2. Candidates

• You may register and use the candidate services described on this portal.
• You confirm that the information and documents you submit are true and your own.
• We do not guarantee employment, interviews or any particular outcome.
• You may withdraw from our database at any time.

3. Employers

• Accounts must be verified by our admin team before access is granted.
• You may use candidate data only to evaluate and hire for your own genuine vacancies.
• Sharing, reselling or exporting candidate data to third parties is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
• You must honour scheduled interviews and communicate with candidates respectfully.

4. Interviews

• Interviews must be scheduled through the employer dashboard.
• Candidates may confirm or decline an interview request.
• Employers must keep interview details accurate and report changes promptly.

5. Placements

Employers must inform the agency when an introduced candidate is selected or joins the organisation so that records remain accurate. Attempts to bypass the agency process may result in account suspension.

6. Data protection

Both parties agree to the handling described in our privacy policy, including the rule that candidate contact details are released only after an interview is scheduled.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or remove any account that supplies false information, misuses candidate data, harasses candidates or demands money from candidates.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
